<p>What is your greatest work achievement? </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>I cannot say that I have achieved that yet. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>However, in my short servicing period, I do feel content having </p><p>established trust with my clients, especially when they are proud of and </p><p>contented with the work created for them. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>What would be your dream brand to work on and why? </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>I would like to work with an unknown brand that has great market </p><p>potential and is managed by open-minded and innovative - that is, non </p><p>self-centered - clients. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>A big budget is not the primary concern. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>What would you do if you weren't in marketing? </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>I'd like to be a student, improving my various skills in appreciating </p><p>the beauty in life and in finding ways to make a better </p><p>contribution. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>I guess I am doing that right now. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Who was your mentor and how did this person influence you? </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Wonderful people I meet in my everyday life who generously share their </p><p>wisdom with me. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Is there a secret to your success? </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Definition of success varies for everybody. For me, I like to stay </p><p>healthy and have a generous attitude to deal with every day's </p><p>challenges. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>How do you handle difficult clients? </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>I always remind myself that you should not label clients as 'difficult' </p><p>as they all have different reasons for the way they are. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>To better understand them, I put myself in their position and find out </p><p>how I can serve them better. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>When it gets too tough to handle, it tells me that it's time for a </p><p>break. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>What advice would you give to the next person to do your current </p><p>job? </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Enjoy the servicing industry and be firm on the issue of integrity. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>What are you currently reading that will help you in your job? </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>From children's adventure stories to Ways of Improving Memory and the </p><p>Bible. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Who is the business person you most admire and why? </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Sir Richard Branson for his capacity to build a business empire and yet </p><p>enjoy his life in the process. He has managed a good balance in </p><p>life. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>I believe his personality has also made him a great marketing and sales </p><p>tool for his brand. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
