What is your greatest work achievement?
My greatest achievement was at Microsoft, when 16 months after I joined MSN Hong Kong, revenue and traffic increased three-fold, with each month's growth still reaching double digit figures.
What would be your dream brand to work on and why?
Microsoft because it is controversial and challenging. You either love it or hate it.
What would you do if you weren't in marketing?
I'd be an architect.
What was your big break in your career?
I felt like an 18-year-old school girl again - when in fact I am a mother of three - when I took the Reuters Foundation Course for journalists at Oxford for six months.
