What is your greatest work achievement?

My greatest work achievement was in helping the Lipton brand explode in growth. The brand developed from a single category - offering consumers just black tea - to multi-categories, which included milk tea mix, Chinese tea and ready-to-drink tea.

What would be your dream brand to work on and why?

There is no specific brand I would select. But I would say my criteria for a dream brand would be any forward-looking brand.

What would you do if you weren't in marketing?

If I wasn't working in marketing, I would probably be involved in consumer-related work. The work I would select would have the capacity to bring benefits to the consumer masses.

Who was your mentor and how did this person influence you?

A great boss in my early career. I believe that the key for a strong career is to just go for it.

Is there a secret to your success?

The road to a successful career is to focus on the critical paths that you face everyday.

How do you handle difficult clients?

I don't have clients as such, but my advice would be that whatever the difficulties, always start with the customer's needs.

What advice would you give to the next person to do your current job?

I believe everyone is unique. My advice would simply be to work hard to bring the brand alive in your own way.

What are you currently reading that will help you in your job?

I enjoy reading anything that is optimistic and that can help me look ahead in my career.

Who is the business person you most admire and why?

Richard Branson. He is an entrepreneur and has a very caring approach to his business and consumers.
