<p>Lowe Lintas & Partners Singapore has appointed Matthew Bartelsian </p><p>as client service director, and regional account director for Travel </p><p>Exchange Asia. Bartelsian reports to Addison James, chief executive </p><p>officer. He joins from the agency's Sydney office, where he was regional </p><p>account director for the Johnson & Johnson and Unilever/Flora Foods </p><p>accounts. He also worked as account supervisor with Ammirati Puris </p><p>Lintas in New York and Warsaw, Poland. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
