Careers: Movers - Starcom Singapore

Starcom Singapore has taken on two new staff members in its brand strategy department. It has appointed Clarice Chan (left), former MEC executive, to work on the Sun Microsystems, Soo Kee and Sony Electronics accounts. Joining the agency from Gartshore, Hsiaojian Chye will handle planning for Olympus, Nippon Paints and Wester Union.
