Careers: Movers - OMD Taiwan

OMD Taiwan has appointed Sean Chang as general manager. Chang will report directly to the agency's managing director ST Tso. Chang was formerly managing director at Universal McCann for two years. Prior to that, he was in the US, where he spent seven years in the advertising and marketing sector. Tso said Chang's management experience would help boost the agency's business, with billings expected to grow by more than 40 per cent this year.
