<p>Media agency CIA has appointed Helen Willerton to head of the </p><p>agency's international division with special responsibility for the LVMH </p><p>Group and its 22 luxury brands across the region. The appointment of </p><p>Willerton, who was previously head of marketing at Alfred Dunhill </p><p>Asia-Pacific, comes as Caroline Foster quits as Hong Kong managing </p><p>director for a sabbatical and a senior position in Tempus Europe. </p><p>Foster's place is being taken by Charles Brian-Boys, who was recently </p><p>regional marketing director of Alfred Dunhill. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
