Hill & Knowlton has promoted Ray Rudowski to regional director of its crisis and issues management and training practice for Asia-Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, Rudowski was previously a director in Hill & Knowlton's crisis practice. Prior to joining the agency in 2000, Rudowski worked as a broadcast journalist for five years in Hong Kong, first for ATV and later with TVB's English language news service.
