Mark Froude, CNBC vice-president international advertising sales, has been promoted to vice-president international marketing and advertising. His role at the company was expanded following last month's departure of Miguel Bernas, general manager for marketing and communications. Cheryl Wang, senior marketing manager, has also taken on additional responsibilites at the company.
