Universal Music India has promoted Vinay Sapru to senior vice-president - A&R and marketing (music/film). The company has also hired Allen Andrade (left) as senior vice-president - chief financial officer. Andrade joins the company from Virgin Records (India), where he was director - finance. He has also worked at BNP-Paribas and Johnson & Johnson.
