Ellain Li has joined Shanghai Advertising as executive creative director. She most-recently held the post of creative director of Shanghai Ogilvy & Mather. Li has more than 10 year's experience in advertising; all with O&M. She moved to Shanghai Advertising because she wanted to explore new challenges by working at a local agency. Li's main task is to take charge of the creative department and set up a new system to allow Shanghai Advertising to more effectively compete against multinational agencies.
