Promotional Campaigns China has appointed Estela Kuo as managing director, based in Beijing. Kuo, originally from Taiwan, has worked with FCB, Burson-Marsteller and IBM Taiwan, gathering experience in brand management along the way. She entered the China market in 1997, working with a media group, and in 2000 started an events and exhibitions company.
