Vijay Bhat will return to Ogilvy & Mather in Asia after three years with the agency in London. He will take on the role of regional strategic director from September, based in Hong Kong. His new role will include responsibilities for regional training, taking over from regional training director, Ian Strachan, who retires in September. He will also be responsible for talent management and development of Ogilvy services and products. Bhat has been with the agency for almost 20 years.
