Ogilvy & Mather Guangzhou has named Francis Lai as executive creative director, and has promoted Cathryn Chen to business director. Lai recently served as group creative director at D'Arcy China for Beijing and Shanghai, before moving on to senior management positions at two local Guangzhou agencies.
