Winsome Leung has been appointed executive director of Interface Communications Hong Kong. Leung joins the firm from Thematic Advertising, and has previously worked for Young & Rubicam, J. Walter Thompson, FCB and Bozell. Leung will play a role in helping the agency grow by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
