<p>OgilvyOne has undertaken a frenzy of senior regional hires, </p><p>kicking-off with Mr Siddhartha Dev joining OgilvyOne's Lion City office </p><p>as managing director. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Relocating after a three-year tenure with Ogilvy in London, Mr Dev </p><p>spearheaded IBM's UK account, as board director. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Making the move from Team Direct Marketing Associates in Delhi, Mr </p><p>Justin Rabindra joins OgilvyOne's Delhi shop. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>He previously handled clients such as Sahara Airlines, Samsung and </p><p>Standard Chartered. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>At the shop's Japan office, Mr Keizo Yamamoto moves from Grey Direct and </p><p>Grey Interactive, where he was MD of the Japan office. He will head the </p><p>staffer team at Ogilvy in the same position. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Mr Peter Johnston joins O&M Asia-Pacific following a four-year tenure </p><p>with The Walt Disney Company. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>In his move to Ogilvy, Mr Johnston is set to restructure regional </p><p>Internet connectivity and expand Ogilvy's extranet offerings, while </p><p>improving internal infrastructure. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>At Disney, he spearheaded a telecommunications restructuring, regional </p><p>group-ware initiatives and intranet/extranet implementations. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>- The Television Corporation of Singapore (TCS) has appointed Mr Hass </p><p>Aminian as assistant vice-president to spearhead the programming and </p><p>promotions of TCS' new channel, Sports City. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Mr Hass has over 10 years production management experience, having </p><p>produced Star TV coverage for the Chinese National Footbal League, plus </p><p>the weekly NFL programming for UK's Channel Four and The Big Match for </p><p>Singapore's Television Twelve. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>- Following a restructure of AXN Action TV's marketing department, Ms </p><p>Lorna Swinstead has been promoted within the channel to the post of </p><p>senior manager, marketing communica-tions. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Following an 18-month tenure as PR manager, Ms Swinstead's new role </p><p>incorporates managing programme publicity, consumer marketing and </p><p>corporate communications. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>In addition, taking up the post of marketing services manager is Mr Lee </p><p>Chee Ngai, whose new responsibilities include managing distribution and </p><p>advertising sales marketing. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>He was previously with Premium Communications, a company specialising in </p><p>marketing solutions including multimedia, design and creative </p><p>services. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Both staffers will report to AXN vice-president of ad sales and </p><p>marketing Ricky Ow, alongside director of marketing Gregory Ho. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>- HBO Asia has promoted Ms Suarina Chua to senior director of affiliate </p><p>sales. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Following a six-year tenure with the channel, Ms Chua will continue to </p><p>lead the Lion City-based affiliate sales team, maximising growth and </p><p>working closely with regional affiliates to grow the subscriber </p><p>base. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>After an eight-year stint with the broadcaster, Ms Karen Ng moves into </p><p>the role of senior director, on-air promotion and production for all </p><p>channels under the HBO umbrella (HBO, HBO2 and Cinemax). </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>She also oversees the production of all on-air programme promotions and </p><p>interstitial elements, broadcast and ad materials to support the sales </p><p>and marketing teams, plus preparing programmes for air in compliance </p><p>with regional censorship standards. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
