new senior account director Joseph Liu, who comes on board following a
stint heading DMB&B's Guangzhou office and the Procter & Gamble account
for Greater China.
Meanwhile, at M&C Saatchi Singapore's creative department, creative
director Shane Gibson has relocated from the agency's Melbourne office,
where he was head of art.
Deputy creative director Mark Ringer comes onto the M&C Saatchi team off
the back of a four-year tenure in the Lion City with Batey Ads and
DDB.
As current CD, Mr Paul Ruta steps into the role of regional creative
director for South Asia, although he will continue copywriting for
Singapore-based clients.
Joint CD with Mr Ruta, Jason Ross, makes the move to M&C Saatchi New
Zealand, where he continues in the CD role.
