CAREERS MEDIA: Grey appoints HR chief

<p>Grey Worldwide's appointment of a regional HR chief comes on top of </p><p>its recruitment of three local HR managers across its Asian network. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Along with regional HR director Martha Collard, Anju Kurien; Satoshi </p><p>Ishii, concurrently VP, media director; and Kris Nillawong have been </p><p>appointed respectively for India, Japan and Thailand. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Grey has had a director of resources, Alicia Tang, in place in Kuala </p><p>Lumpur, its headquarters hub for the company's Malaysian, Singapore and </p><p>IndoChina operations, for the past 11 years. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Asia-Pacific president Eric Rosenkranz said Ms Collard will work closely </p><p>with Grey's 10 companies in the region to develop strategies to </p><p>transform Grey into the agency network of choice for talent and clients </p><p>in Asia-Pacific. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Ms Collard is expected to build best practices and consistency </p><p>regionwide across a wide HR remit, including recruitment, staff </p><p>appraisal systems, compensation and benefit systems, training and career </p><p>development plans for executives at all levels. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>"We want to ensure we attract and retain the best possible talent," Mr </p><p>Rozenkranz said, adding that Ms Collard will revolutionise the agency's </p><p>recruitment and retention strategies. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
