<p>CIA has appointed Mr Ron de Pear, former worldwide client services
</p><p>director at MindShare, as chairman of its international unit.

</p><p>During his career, Mr de Pear spent more than 20 years at JWT and
</p><p>MindShare.
</p><p><BR><BR>
</p><p>At JWT, he was chairman of the JWT Worldwide Media Group, where he
</p><p>headed up the global management teams which worked across the US,
</p><p>Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.
</p><p><BR><BR>
</p><p>In January 1999, he was appointed worldwide client services director of
</p><p>MindShare, where he was responsible for multinational clients such as
</p><p>Kellogg's, Unilever, Kodak, Nestle, Ford Motor Co, Shell, Warner
</p><p>Lambert, IBM and Rolex.
