Career Moves: Appointment at Bates China

Rebecca Feng has joined Bates China as general manager of its office in Shanghai. Feng was formerly deputy general manager for MindShare's Beijing operation. Feng will work alongside Bates' other operational heads in China, Beijing MD Steve Bale and Taiwan GM Henry Chu, under Arthur Yu, CEO of Bates China and Taiwan.
