Wong, whose resignation comes after eight years at Carat, sees him follow in the footsteps of David Liu, Carat's former regional CEO, and Tai Kong Hoh, former regional director with Carat's sister agency Posterscope, who both joined the pest control company in the last nine months. Doug Flynn, former CEO of Carat and Posterscope parent Aegis, took over as CEO of Rentokil last year. Wong's resignation comes six months after a restructure prompted by Liu's departure, when regional responsibility passed to David Verklin, Carat Americas CEO David. Wong could not be reached for comment.
