Carat Taiwan and Vizeum Beijing announce promotions to GM roles

TAIPEI AND BEIJING - Aegis Media has announced appointments to two newly created general manager-level positions: Carat Taiwan has named Joanne Liu (劉光萱), previously vice-president, as general manager, and Vizeum Beijing has promoted long-serving deputy general manager Zhang Tong (张彤) to lead growth in Beijing.
