Cannes entries swell more than 10 per cent

Delegate numbers at this year's Cannes Festival have topped 8,500, with more than 180 client marketers represented at the international awards show. <BR><BR> According to organisers, entries increased by 12.5 per cent, with more than 24,860 pieces of work competing for recognition at the show. The festival will feature 39 seminars and 11 workshops. <BR><BR> Media magazine, with the support of Adam Good from Tribal DDB, will capture the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival over three episodes, beginning tomorrow.
