Campbell's hands global media to MEC
Campbell Soup Company has confirmed the consolidation of its US$300 million global media planning and buying with MEC, resulting in new Asia-Pacific business for the GroupM agency in Australia, Indonesia and China. <BR><BR> In Asia-Pacific, the news means a loss for OMD, which previously handled the Campbell Arnott's business in Australia. Campbell's will also maintain its existing relationship with MEC in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. MEC's New York office has been Campbell's US agency of record since 1999.
