Suhaila Hobba is a global advertising and transformation leader with over 25 years spanning the US and Asia. Rather than following a linear path, she has consistently stepped outside her comfort zone — moving across agency, platform, and client roles — to build a holistic understanding of the marketing ecosystem.

In 2024, she made a bold decision to relocate her family from Los Angeles to Singapore, stepping into an APAC leadership role while reconnecting with her Southeast Asian roots. Her career spans senior roles across Yahoo/Verizon, Amazon, Omnicom Media Group, and now Publicis Groupe. At Yahoo, she led a first-of-its-kind partnership with IPG/Acxiom enabling privacy-safe data integration years before it became an industry imperative. At Amazon, she built the company's first in-house media capability, integrating media, first-party data activation, and performance marketing.

At Publicis, Hobba was a core leader in the successful bid for Mars — one of the largest agency reviews globally. She now serves as AMEA business lead, overseeing transformation across 18 markets. She architected and built the AMEA operating model from the ground up, unifying one of the most fragmented regions globally into a single connected system, with the transition from the incumbent agency executed in under 90 days.
