Founder and Group CEO
Moving Walls

Srikanth Ramachandran's leadership journey began long before his career in technology and media. Growing up in India, cricket was his first teacher — instilling patience, situational awareness, and respect for collective effort. Student politics at university became his first arena of leadership, where he learned to mobilise people and lead through trust.
His early professional career at IBM Singapore helped establish the company's e-business practice, contributing to the world's first end-to-end secure electronic transaction implementation in 1996. He later founded Knowledge Dynamics, an analytics company whose flagship product, iDecisions, grew into a regional leader before merging with a NYSE-listed firm.
A pivotal moment came not from technology, but from operating as a media owner in Kuala Lumpur. Experiencing first-hand the inefficiencies of the out-of-home advertising ecosystem, Ramachandran founded Moving Walls to bridge the gap between physical media and digital accountability.
During the pandemic, when outdoor advertising halted globally, he made the decisive call to retain the entire team and redirect resources toward building Location Media Xchange (LMX), a new enterprise software platform. Today, the SaaS business accounts for approximately 40% of net revenues, making it the company's most profitable growth engine. Moving Walls now operates across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas through an expanding seven-product suite spanning the full physical media lifecycle.
Ramachandran's leadership extends to creating open innovation platforms that invite young creatives and early-career professionals to engage directly with real-world media challenges.
