While Leo Burnett regional president Michelle Kristula-Green denied that Cadell's decision to leave was a direct result of the network's global reorganisation in December, speculation surrounding the 20-year Burnett veteran's position had grown after the network announced it would be integrating management of Leo Burnett and Arc more closely worldwide (Media, 12 December.)
"I asked Charles to take on the role of launching Arc two and a half years ago, and he's done that," Kristula-Green told Media.
