Byrne replaces Renshaw at Arc
Arc Worldwide has brought in ex-Profero Singapore managing director Damian Byrne as regional director of interactive/CRM, replacing Mark Renshaw who relocates to Chicago to become Arc VP of 1-to-1 marketing solutions. <BR><BR> "He is charged with overseeing our regional clients out of Singapore as well as ensuring our local market teams achieve best in class competency in the field of eCRM," said Arc regional president Charles Cadell, to whom Byrne (pictured) will report directly. Byrne joined Profero in early 2005, prior to which he was a strategy director at Wunderman Singapore.
