An audience of over 150 key decision makers in the region
participated in this year's Fourth Annual Presidents Forum at the Grand
Hyatt in Singapore.
Featured speakers included Her Excellency Ms. Megawati Sukarnoputri,
Vice President of Indonesia and His Excellency Dr. Supachai
Panitchpakdi, Director-General Designate of the World Trade Organisation
and former Deputy PM of Thailand. The theme, Sustainable Innovation:
Creating Value Across the Enterprise, sparked two days of lively
discussion around topics as varied as the Leadership Challenge in Asia
and the Political Landscape that lies ahead for the region.
In a nearby function room, Media and Marketing executives from over 8
different countries turned out in force for the Second Annual Asian
Corporate Branding Symposium. This year's forum focused on Strategies
for Building Winning Digital Brands. Discussions covered the challenges
of developing brand power in the Age of Technology, as well as going
back to basics, with Ian Batey - renowned for his creation of the
Singapore Airlines brand campaign - leading a compelling dialogue on the
