Burnett Singapore MD to depart
Phil McDonald is to depart Leo Burnett Singapore barely six months after taking on the MD role, to join George Patterson Y&R in Brisbane, Australia. <BR><BR> McDonald (pictured), who relocated from Burnett Thailand to succeed John O'Shea following the latter's departure in late 2005 (Media, November 17 2005), will remain at the agency until August. A Burnett statement confirmed that it has identified his replacement, who also hails from the network. <BR><BR> "...we are confident that moving forward, the momentum our Singapore office has, will continue under the management of the current management team and this next appointment," said Leo Burnett regional president Michelle Kristula-Green, in the statement.
