As the already existing Australian and Thai brief now falls under Burnett Singapore's regional portfolio, Foo appointment will add greater strength to the Singapore offering," he said.
Foo relocates from Paris, where she was marketing communications manager at Hashbee. Prior to that, she worked for McCann Erickson, handling L'Oreal and Maybelline.
