BRIEFINGS: NatGeo distributes on KBI in Korea

<p>National Geographic Channel Asia has signed a deal with Korea </p><p>Broadcast Telecom (KBT) to distribute the channel's 24-hour regional </p><p>feed in Korea. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The deal comes in the wake of recent new regulations in Korea allowing </p><p>foreign channels to be carried on a limited basis by cable operators in </p><p>the country. NatGeo's 24-hour service will be available on KBT and will </p><p>offer Korean subtitles during primetime, from 9pm to 11pm. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
