Discovery Networks Asia has signed up Sony for its first integrated
sponsorship package combining on-air and online advertising and
marketing services. Sony is the official Southeast Asia and India
sponsor of Discovery's International Space Station (ISS) Watch with the
World programming, which will air globally on December. With a total
sponsorship value of more than USdollars 300,000, the online and on-air
campaigns include on-air billboards around the programming, three
30-second vignettes tied to ISS, and on-air promotions as well. In
addition, Sony will support extensively Discovery's recently-launched
Southeast Asia websites.
