Brian-Boys takes over from Foster at CIA Hong Kong

<p>Charles Brian-Boys is taking over from Caroline Foster as managing </p><p>director of CIA Hong Kong. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The appointment takes effect from next week, but Foster will leave at </p><p>the end of July after a six-week handover period. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Brian-Boys was recently the regional marketing director for Alfred </p><p>Dunhill. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Prior to that, he held senior managerial posts at Batey Ads and the Ball </p><p>Partnership. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Tempus Asia-Pacific chief executive officer Mark Austin said that </p><p>Brian-Boys' "background of client marketing and full service agency </p><p>management will provide us with invaluable insight and experience in </p><p>helping us to deliver our offer". </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Foster said that she was departing for a six-month sabbatical before </p><p>taking up an as yet unspecified position in Tempus Europe. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>"I have been with the company for five years which has been both hard </p><p>work and challenging. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>"Now I am going off for some rest and I will definitely be returning to </p><p>the Tempus Group, but this time in Europe," she said. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
