Charles Brian-Boys is taking over from Caroline Foster as managing
director of CIA Hong Kong.
The appointment takes effect from next week, but Foster will leave at
the end of July after a six-week handover period.
Brian-Boys was recently the regional marketing director for Alfred
Dunhill.
Prior to that, he held senior managerial posts at Batey Ads and the Ball
Partnership.
Tempus Asia-Pacific chief executive officer Mark Austin said that
Brian-Boys' "background of client marketing and full service agency
management will provide us with invaluable insight and experience in
helping us to deliver our offer".
Foster said that she was departing for a six-month sabbatical before
taking up an as yet unspecified position in Tempus Europe.
"I have been with the company for five years which has been both hard
work and challenging.
"Now I am going off for some rest and I will definitely be returning to
the Tempus Group, but this time in Europe," she said.
