The bank had previously initiated a search for a creative agency to promote its BritAma savings account to urban-living Indonesians. Matari Advertising handled the BritAma account for a three-month spell last year, though the client is understood to be looking for an agency for a period of a year or longer.
According to source the bank will soon be calling a pitch for its BritAma account and also for another unnamed project.
In July this year the bank had placed the creative and media duties for its rural savings product Simpedes - worth over US$2 million - with Havas agencies Euro RSCG and MPG Indonesia, respectively.
