The drive employs three of Coca-Cola’s Olympic ambassadors, namely Liu Xiang, Guo Jing Jing and Yao Ming, by using Bonaqua BonActive’s PET bottles.
The creative, designed by WE Marketing Group, is a mosaic of 1,200 PET bottles of Bonaqua BonActive which were used to create each image.
The mosaic was put together in a 5,000 square foot film studio.
“We are leveraging these Chinese Olympic athletic superstars with Bonaqua BonActive, which is the official replenishment drink of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, in order to drum up Olympic excitement in Hong Kong,” said Coca-Cola Hong Kong and Macau public affairs and communications manager Florence Yu.
The ads are running in MTR stations, on bus bodies, as well on giant outdoor billboards.
