Boey joins Mandate Singapore

SINGAPORE - Mandate Advertising has hired former Batey China ECD, Wilton Boey, as its new regional creative director, filling the gap left by Paul Hume's return to the UK in August.

Boey (pictured) returns to Singapore after four years at Batey China, where he oversaw accounts such as Coca-Cola and P&G. At Mandate, Boey will head accounts including the Singapore Army and the Media Development Authority.

"I look forward to creating equally interesting work at Mandate International, if not better, and grooming our next generation of creative talent," said Boey.

Mandate has also hired a new copywriter, Lim Chang Shane, from Just Media. Lim previously worked on accounts such as the National Library Board.
