Created by Red Bee Media in London and Beijing, ‘Seats’ uses the games’ red stadium seats as a symbol to convey the message that the Olympics encompasses all segments of society. The film shows the distinctive seats attracting members of the public in various locations around Beijing, closing with a shot of the ‘Bird’s Nest’ stadium and the line ‘Your seat awaits you’.
The push will be screened by broadcasters across the country in cinemas, on transport systems and domestic and international flights, as well as in the stadium itself.
International broadcasters will also have access to the spot for use as part of their coverage of the sporting event.
BOCOG unveils film to welcome Olympic visitors
BEIJING - The Beijing Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (BOCOG) has rolled out a major promotional film designed to welcome visitors to the event, ahead of the official opening on 8 August.
