BMW picks Naga/Rapp in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR - BMW has consolidated its integrated creative business into Naga DDB and sister agency Rapp Collins in Malaysia.

The Omnicom agencies saw off a combined Leo Burnett/Arc pitch team and local agency BMBC - a local affiliate to the Thai incumbent InterOne - to secure the business. A spokeswoman at the German carmaker said: "We are moving towards a more integrated approach to our advertising, and the winning agencies proved themselves in terms of creativity, integration, strategy and price." The new contact begins in January 2008.
