Bhumsaran joins as brand and corporate strategy consultant. He previously worked at Bank of Thailand and telecom firm Samart Corporation before moving to Boston Consulting.
“He will work with us to extend our capability in brand consulting, particularly in the area of measuring and modelling marketing ROI,” said Tony Prehn, chief executive, Lowe Bangkok.
The hire of Bhumsaran, Prehn added, showed that the agency recognised the growing need among marketers to better understand the role of high value ideas as key marketing assets. Bhumsaran will act as consultant across most of Lowe’s client base, which includes Unilever, Electrolux and Sony.
