Bel-Lago awards brief to Bamboo

MACAU - LaSalle Investment Management has awarded a HK$38 million (US$4.9 million) integrated communications brief for a luxury property development, Bel-Lago, in Macau, to boutique shop Bamboo Advertising.

The decision was made following a competitive pitch against two other undisclosed agencies. The move will see Bamboo take responsibility for the development’s corporate identity design, online marketing and sales materials, TV and print, public relations and other below-the-line collaterals.

Bamboo has been tasked with positioning Bel-Lago as unique in the luxury property sector in Macau, with an emphasis on its particular location between two lakes and its scenic views.

Bamboo’s managing and creative director Jensen Tsoi said the win ranked as the agency’s largest in the last two years. “Part of the challenge of the campaign will be to address the fact that the developer, LaSalle Investment Management, although a sister company to Jones Lang LaSalle, is a relatively new name to the Asian market as a property developer,” he said.
