BBDO's Ross Jackson joins Visa

SINGAPORE- BBDO's regional account director for Visa, Ross Jackson (pictured), has left the agency to join Visa as marketing director for Southeast Asia, following the agencys loss of Visa's lucrative business.

Jackson takes over the seat left vacant by Alex Craddock, who was promoted to a role in global marketing at Visa last March. In addition to being the marketing director for South and Southeast Asia, Craddock was the regional director of product and channel marketing at Visa Asia Pacific, a responsibility that Jackson will not be taking over.

Jackson moved to BBDO from New Zealand's Westpac Banking Corporation in 2006.

In September this year BBDO was replaced by TBWA Worldwide in a move by the financial services giant to consolidate its $600 million global strategic and creative business.
