Searle, currently creative director at Clemenger BBDO, has gained significant experience in the region through his role as creative lead on Visa, which in December awarded the agency its Olympic brief.
Reporting to Chris Thomas, chairman and CEO Asia, Searle will work alongside recently appointed Singapore MD Jean-Paul Burge, who joined the operation as part of a wider management reshuffle which also saw Seshadri Sampath shift to regional director in January.
