SINGAPORE - Singapore's largest e-payment operator has handed its creative account to BBDO after a three-way pitch that included Y&R and Batey. NETS' former creative agency Alchemy declined to participate in the pitch, as did Saatchi & Saatchi and Ogilvy & Mather.
