The move is in line with the company's goal to expand its creative services in China.
Lau Seng Yee, chief executive officer at BBDO/ CNUAC, said: "We now have three associate creative directors, Rachel, Fanny and Daniel, and the idea was to encourage greater responsibility and creativity. This is particularly so when it comes to brainstorming ideas. We now have one art-based and one copy-based creative working together."
Hsu, who previously worked at FCB Taiwan, has more than a decade's experience in the ad industry, and has created campaigns for Microsoft, Sanyo and Sharp.
Prior to joining BBDO, Wang spent five years at McCann-Erickson Guangming as creative group head. He has won numerous international awards.
