Ruder Finn signed a separate retainer with Bayer China Limited, Bayer’s holding company in China, in January 2008.
“Our experience working with Bayer China Limited has been smooth and with our existing knowledge of the company, we feel confident to reach BMS’s objectives,” said Gao Ming, general manager of Ruder Finn Shanghai.
“BMS has several business units with different target audiences, media and business goals. It’s a competitive industry, with many competitors such as BASF, Dow Chemicals and DuPont.’
BMS is Bayer’s largest subgroup in Greater China and is also one of the world’s biggest polymer companies. It manufactures products used in many areas of daily life, such as cars and furniture, as well as construction materials.
