Bayer arm selects Ruder Finn for PR

SHANGHAI - Materials manufacturing group Bayer MaterialScience (BMS) China has selected Ruder Finn as the nationwide retainer PR agency for its corporate and B2B communications, after a pitch against several unnamed local and international agencies.
