On April 1, it revamped its creative department effective April 1, adding a layer of two creative directors to support the executive creative director.
Currently, the department comprises an executive creative director, Chris Mitchell, and several creative group heads reporting to Mitchell.
"This new structure has been designed to ensure that we have the depth of senior creative talent across all the brands managed by Batey Singapore," said Jude Davidson, Batey's marketing director.
Mitchell has chosen to step down as ECD to become one of two creative directors. The other is Mark Fong, who rejoined Batey after being away for five years. Fong was until recently at DY&R Wunderman, where he handled Citibank and SingTel.
Each will have specific brand responsibilities, which will be announced soon.
