Batey Red Cell Singapore names Monzon ECD
Batey Red Cell Singapore has promoted creative group head Pablo Monzon to the role of executive creative director. Monzon joined the agency from Grey London earlier this year, and fills a role left vacant after previous ECD Sion Scott-Wilson departed in 2004.
