Nguyen will report to Bates Indochina CEO, Peter Sandor. He has been tasked with overseeing key accounts such as Honda, Nokia and Perfetti.
Nguyen has been with Bates since 2003, and prior to that spent time with Leo Burnett and DDB in the United States.
